Scoutmaster
The Scoutmaster is the adult responsible for working directly with the Scouts providing direction, coaching, and support.
The Scoutmaster has three basic roles:
-
providing the the junior leaders with the tools and skills so they can run the troop
-
making sure the rules of the BSA and chartered partner are followed
-
being a good mentor and positive role model
Mike Faccinetto,
Committee Chair
Mr. Mike Faccinetto leads the Troop Committee and holds monthly meetings to discuss the business end of Troop affairs and how they can best support the Troop's programs and activities. All committee members are expected to attend and all parents are not only welcomed but encouraged to attend as well.
